The kennels are set in a home environment where the dogs can be cared for 24/7.
Tim has spent the summer of 2006 building a 1 acre training pen which is now fully operational, and the perfect place to train the dogs. It is stocked with rabbits, Partridge and Pheasants and is proving a very popular training location. Tim is particularly proud of creating 'Bomb alley' to train a dog in straight lines.
Everyone....and i mean everyone, no matter what their chosen type of shooting sport, needs a dog trained to a certain standard. Admittedly the future field trial champion needs a little more polish, than a chap bashing brambles on a saturday for his sunday roast. But fundamentally the basics are the same, you need a dog trained and ready to perform his/her duties to the best of their ability.

Lack of time
In this day and age it is hard to juggle everything that we would like to undertake in this modern day living. Here at Bluebellview we understand this, but we do have the time. All dogs are walked and trained twice a day, cared for 24/7 and that happens 365 days a year.
I Don't have the facilities
With a 1 acre training pen, stubble fields, woodland, bumper boy dummy launcher and an established shoot on the doorstep. WE DO.
I Dont know how
With almost 15 years experience WE DO. Tim has a complete understanding of all training, from basic to advanced.
Successful gundog training is dependent upon understanding and desire of the dog to please. It is a question of psychology and understanding, not brute force and ignorance, beating a dog will only result in a lack of trust, thinking that it is possible to show who is the boss by such action is doomed to failure. Good sound basics is where it starts and finishes. Get the basics wrong, no point in going any further. Not all dogs will train, most will ! Not all handlers can train, that's where we come in.
